I’ve had to put the tenacious tank top away. Booo. Thank you to those who suggested some great names including “Sunshine on My Shoulders”. No worries though, I haven’t given up; it was time to take a break. I’ll be revisiting that one soon and plan to release it in the late spring.

I want to share with you all the things I learned while tenaciously pursuing my tank top design. A lot of it has to do with gauge. Don’t scream. I know some knitters just don’t want to hear this. Please hang in there with me, it’s worth it. There are so many reasons that your garment can end up a different size than you anticipated. You can do everything right, but it still doesn’t fit. Honestly, it’s probably a gauge problem. There’s things you can do to prevent this.

It’s not all my fault. I believed the stuff they shoveled in my direction. Mwaaaaaa! Every single one of them. Advertisers told me that I could get a website up in 10 minutes, no problemo. Just point at what you want. grunt at it, and poof – your website is done. I’m here to tell you, no, no you can’t silly designer. sighs
